Specialties:
- Coordination with the beneficiaries of information center services to solve some technical problems to which one of the information systems is involved.
- Periodic analysis of complaints data of users of automated systems to explore chronic or recurrent problems and work to remedy their causes in cooperation with the competent authorities.
- Preparing and submitting periodic follow-up reports to the systems development director on problems resulting from automated applications.
- Supervising systems maintenance and monitoring their solutions in coordination with the Systems Development Division.
- To carry out the tasks assigned to him without violating the regulations, regulations, and laws.
